🎯 Requirements

• Act as the corporate reference for maintenance data, performance, and technology across Nexa’s mining operations in Brazil and Peru. • Structure, implement, and sustain the data architecture and KPIs for maintenance and asset management, ensuring governance, reliability, and standardization of information. • Lead the evolution and governance of SAP PM, ensuring master data quality, adherence to corporate processes, and consistency of indicators. • Develop and consolidate dashboards, management cockpits, and corporate performance indicators covering reliability, costs, backlog, availability, and productivity. • Promote initiatives in advanced analytics, automation, digitization, and artificial intelligence applied to maintenance and asset management. • Structure and support projects for Asset Monitoring Centers, integrating operational data, equipment condition, and performance indicators. • Work collaboratively with IT, Engineering, Reliability, Planning & Maintenance Control (PCM), Operations, and Maintenance teams, connecting technology and business. • Support the standardization of processes and indicators between Brazil and Peru, disseminating best practices and strengthening the digital maturity of operations. • Use data to identify improvement opportunities, anticipate failures, reduce operational risks, and increase asset predictability.

🏖️ Benefits

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Postgraduate specialization in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related areas. • Experience in mining, metallurgy, or large-scale industries with complex, asset-intensive operations. • Deep knowledge of Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Control (PCM) processes and key maintenance and asset management KPIs. • Experience with SAP PM, including data governance, KPI structuring, and corporate information management. • Experience building dashboards, management cockpits, data visualization, and analytical solutions. • Knowledge of process automation, robotic process automation, advanced analytics, and digital transformation applied to maintenance. • Experience with asset monitoring projects, reliability, and condition-based maintenance is a plus. • Knowledge of underground and open-pit mining operations and mineral processing plants is an important advantage. • English and/or Spanish will be considered assets.
