📋 Description
• Own parts of the learner journey end to end, from prospective-student discovery through enrollment and learning • Build and iterate on real products, features, or projects based on user behavior and feedback • Improve learner retention, engagement, and conversion • Use AI as a core part of the learner experience • Collaborate closely with engineers on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs • Raise problems early, navigate ambiguity, and improve products and processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in B2C product • Experience in Edtech, FinTech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products • Track record of moving retention, engagement, or conversion metrics • Something shipped with AI in the last 3–6 months, for work or a personal project • Comfortable going deep on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs • Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, etc. • Ability to hold technical conversations with engineers • Bias toward simplicity and speed over process • Experience managing a team • Edtech experience is a plus, not a requirement
