📋 Description

• Own parts of the learner journey end to end, from prospective-student discovery through enrollment and learning • Build and iterate on products, features, or projects based on real-user feedback • Use AI tools daily and ship AI-enabled product experiences • Improve learner retention, engagement, and conversion • Collaborate deeply with engineers on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs • Identify problems early and improve products and processes • Manage a team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2C product • Experience in Edtech, FinTech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products • Track record of moving retention, engagement, or conversion metrics • Something shipped with AI in the last 3–6 months, for work or a personal project • Comfortable going deep on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs • Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, or similar tools • Ability to hold technical conversations with engineers • Experience managing a team • Bias toward simplicity and speed over process • Fast, clean execution and ability to work through ambiguity • Edtech experience is a plus, not a requirement
