📋 Description

• Conduct discovery and closing meetings with qualified leads • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ challenges and goals • Deliver consultative presentations of leadership and high-performance programs • Build rapport and establish trust throughout the sales process • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms • Track opportunities in the CRM and keep the pipeline up to date • Partner with SDRs to optimize conversions • Meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets • Participate in training sessions, role plays, and strategic team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Closer, Sales Executive, or Sales Consultant • Experience with consultative sales and mid- to high-ticket offerings • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities • Strong organization and sales pipeline management skills • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics • Resilient, competitive, and results-oriented mindset • Preferred: experience in leadership, mentoring, education, human development, or corporate training
