📋 Description
• Qualify leads from inbound sources • Conduct active prospecting within the customer base through Social Selling • Ask for referrals during sales outreach • Perform follow-ups and maintain relationships with leads • Operate and keep the CRM up to date • Schedule qualified meetings for the Closer • Work to increase meeting attendance and reduce no-shows • Record information and track sales operation metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as an SDR / pre-sales representative • Experience in lead qualification and meeting scheduling • Knowledge of and ease working with CRM systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Commercial-minded, dynamic, and proactive profile • Resilience to handle targets, objections, and a sales routine • Comfortable engaging with a young, connected audience • Organized and responsible with processes and metrics • Communication, Resilience, Adaptability, Responsibility, Honesty, and Proactivity
