📋 Description

• Develop project charters, roadmaps, business cases, and detailed delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives • Initiate and manage project setup activities, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and phase-gate requirements • Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and within approved scope • Monitor progress and address risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints • Manage change requests and impact assessments, approvals, and implementation plans • Develop project communication and stakeholder engagement plans • Provide status reporting and performance updates to sponsors, steering committees, leadership teams, and stakeholders • Define, track, and report project success criteria, KPIs, and business outcomes • Facilitate governance forums, workshops, project reviews, and steering committee meetings • Build relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners • Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team environment • Collaborate with business and IT subject matter experts to align solutions with organizational requirements and strategic goals • Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, processes, and governance requirements • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, frameworks, templates, and best practices • Support the Project Management Community through standards, metrics, and process optimization initiatives • Maintain project documentation and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent practical experience considered • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Program Management • Proven success leading and delivering large-scale, complex IT programs and projects • Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ACP, or equivalent • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and related platforms • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across organizational levels • Risk management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional proficiency in English • Experience in Information Security, ISMS, Cybersecurity, ITSM, or Governance implementation projects preferred • Experience presenting updates, strategic plans, and executive summaries to senior leadership and C-level executives preferred • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to enterprise IT environments preferred • Energy, Utilities, Commodities Trading, or related industry experience advantageous • Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels with a proactive, hands-on approach
