📋 Description

• Provide technical oversight and guidance for the development of complex solutions to ensure cohesive operations • Maintain expert-level understanding of enterprise-level architecture • Liaise with business analysts and technical team to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards • Implement modern AI-based tools and integrate systems • Define architecture design and ensure initiatives are appropriately aligned • Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation plans for new features • Work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashion • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments • Delegate tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved • Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns • Provide expert advice and technical direction in Agile ceremonies • Develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews • Oversee the development pipeline and assist with update set promotions such that there is a consistent and reliable process for moving work into production

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience) • 3+ years’ experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach • Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups • Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance • Certified ServiceNow Administrator • Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement • Experience managing and maintaining ServiceNow instances • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity best practices • Experience implementing architecture designed to bring organizational-specific capabilities within an enterprise architecture (e.g. via data separation, multi-tenancy, etc.) • Experience with LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, and integrating cloud-based systems • Ability to collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery • Proven experience directly overseeing the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform • Experience in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
