📋 Description
• Conduct implementation activities using standard methodology across Nextech’s suite of solutions. • Perform remote training, super user sessions, go-live support, and post-launch optimization. • Investigate issues and solve problems as needed. • Train clients and staff effectively in both individual and group settings.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
