📋 Description

• Job Summary: • The Intern – People and Culture will support the team with various projects and tasks across the People and Culture function • Assist with job description audit and organization • Assist with career pathing documentation • Assist with interview training course development • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need • All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

• Minimum Requirements: • Professional demeanor and communication style • Ability to manage time and balance priorities to accomplish necessary tasks • Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria • Preferred Qualifications: • Interest in the human resources and/or talent acquisition field • Previous experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team
