📋 Description

• The NetSuite Senior Administrator / Solution Architect is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and architectural design of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and enterprise business requirements. • This role serves as the primary NetSuite expert and trusted partner to the CFO organization, supporting stakeholders from executive leadership to day-to-day accounting users. • The position leads NetSuite solution design and optimization across core financial modules, ensuring scalable architecture, strong governance, and seamless integration with related enterprise systems. • Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Enterprise Applications teams is essential to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient financial systems. • All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations, as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field • 10+ years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems • 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience • Strong functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling • Demonstrated experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes • Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting • Experience partnering with senior finance leadership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined solutions
