📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain an analytical common data model that integrates data ingested from Electronic Health Records • Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models for the common data model • Ensure the data model is scalable, efficient, and well-documented • Utilize data modelling tools such as Erwin or ER Studio to create and design the common data model • Collaborate with downstream consumer teams to ensure the data model meets their analytical and reporting needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data modelling • Prior experience with U.S. ambulatory healthcare data, including EHR and practice management systems • Proven ability to design and implement a canonical common data model that can consolidate data from diverse sources • Proficiency with data modelling tools • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data ingestion and ETL processing in cloud environments • Understand healthcare standards including HL7, FHIR, CCDA • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Exposure to Python is a plus • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Sigma a plus
