• Engage with customers to accelerate adoption of products & solutions • Cultivate strong relationships with clients for loyalty and contract renewals • Identify upselling opportunities • Guide customers through issue resolution with products • Manage product roadmap and prioritized backlog of support tickets • Monitor key performance metrics and conduct monthly reporting on usage • Conduct training sessions for clients • Keep customers informed of new products and services • Serve as the main point of contact for clients • Updates to Salesforce and other tracking systems
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing enterprise customers for SaaS-based products and solutions • Ability to manage multiple customers at any given time • Experience working in a staggered 24x7 IT Operations or Network Operations environment • High proficiency in MS Office & collaboration tools • Experience in Agile SCRUM or Kanban environment • Experience in Jira, Tableau, Confluence, and Zendesk
