📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution of global paid acquisition strategy. • Manage day-to-day paid media budget pacing, reporting, and re-allocation. • Optimize paid spend across channels for long-term LTV and profitability. • Run day-to-day channel operations across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. • Potentially test new channels (YouTube, Reddit) and recommend scale-up opportunities. • Brief internal design team on funnel-specific creative needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-3 years' experience in Performance Marketing. • Fluent in English. • Fluent in German (minimum C1). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong Project management and self-organizational skills.
