📋 Description

• Help practices run on the NextPatient suite and support them day-to-day • Work under Client Success Managers to cover clients • Advocate for product enhancements desired by clients • Manage your own clients as skills and confidence grow

• Expert in our product • Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs • Configure the product to deliver the best results • Detail-oriented • Communicate effectively with clients and teams
