📋 Description

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting activities (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounting, etc.) • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports • Take responsibility for month-end close activities, reconciliations, and intercompany postings • Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding items • Contribute to management reporting • Prepare and submit advance VAT returns and other tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations • Support the preparation of annual financial statements • Continuously improve internal finance processes • Actively contribute to the implementation of the new Odoo ERP system • Report directly to the CFO in Lyon, France

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business administration training, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., certified accountant or tax specialist) • Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a digital or dynamic environment • Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV), ERP systems (Odoo), and MS Office • Strong knowledge of monthly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Precise, organized, and independent working style • Excellent German and English skills
