📋 Description

• Development of services and applications with SAP CAP on the SAP Business Technology Platform – from the data model through the service to deployment • Contribution to AI agents using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, Joule extensions, tool-calling, MCP servers and RAG on enterprise data • Development of prompt and context design as an engineering task • Building small evaluation and test setups to measure agents' reliability • Development of frontends with SAPUI5/Fiori Elements or lightweight web apps • Automation of CI/CD, deployment pipelines and recurring tasks through scripts • Prototyping new ideas for our product portfolio • Documentation and presentation of developed solutions within the team and occasionally to clients • Collaboration in a small team on real customer problems and production-grade code

🎯 Requirements

• Ongoing degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field, from the third semester onwards • Solid programming skills in at least one language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python • Ability to independently translate problems into code • Basic understanding of Git, REST/OData APIs and relational databases (SQL) • Practical experience with LLMs, agents or coding assistants • Structured and independent working style • German: business fluent • English: confident in verbal and written communication • First exposure to SAP BTP, CAP, HANA Cloud, SAPUI5 or ABAP is desirable but not a requirement • Experience with cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, Azure, AWS or GCP, Docker and Kubernetes is desirable but not required • Own project, GitHub profile or participation in hackathons is desirable but not required • Basic understanding of business processes in finance, procurement or sales is desirable but not required • SAP prior knowledge is explicitly not required
