📋 Description

• Oversee HR/Personnel routines (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, vacation), ensuring everything runs smoothly and without headaches; • Monitor pre-employment, periodic and exit medical exams (ensuring nothing lapses along the way); • Close and reconcile payroll accurately and in an organized manner together with external accounting; • Serve as a trusted point of contact for the team, answering questions, supporting and facilitating day-to-day activities; • Participate in recruitment processes: from screening to contacting candidates; • Help design onboarding experiences that genuinely connect people to the company culture; • Support internal communication and engagement initiatives (we value genuinely engaged people); • Review processes with a critical eye and continuously propose improvements; • Work in a 360° capacity, with real opportunities to learn and grow within HR.

🎯 Requirements

• Organizational skills and attention to detail (doing the basics well matters); • Strong communication skills and a continuous willingness to learn; • Currently enrolled in or graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; • Proactive and curious, eager to learn different processes and tools; • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
