📋 Description

• Facilitate student learning by supporting academic content and promoting appropriate study and learning skills • Integrate effective learning strategies into facilitation, encouraging independent and successful learners • Support students through live sessions and asynchronous learning resources such as skills videos • Maintain an assigned weekly appointment schedule • Build, revise, and facilitate group video conferencing sessions • Develop resources for SNHU's Academic Resource Center based on student demand • Engage in prescheduled 1:1 video conferences with students • Maintain confidentiality of all student records and information shared • Conduct work shifts in a dedicated, quiet environment with reliable internet access

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years' experience facilitating adult learning experiences 1:1 or in groups • Current expertise in a high-need content area such as math and statistics, IT and coding, and MBA • Experience with Learning Management System (Brightspace, Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.) • Quiet work environment with reliable internet access • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Comfort level with learning new online systems and technologies • Night and weekend availability based on business needs
