📋 Description

• Handle end-to-end executive and senior-level recruitment for USA and Canada mandates • Source and engage senior/passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search • Build and manage leadership-level talent pipelines • Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective search strategies • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Track pipeline progress, market intelligence, and recruitment activity • Handle executive searches across technology and non-technology roles

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in senior/executive-level recruitment using LinkedIn • Strong experience recruiting for the USA and Canada markets • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Comfortable working independently in a 4 PM–1 AM IST shift from home • Female candidates preferred • Exposure to Japan, Indonesia, and/or China hiring is an added advantage • Relevant experience; experience level is flexible • Strong US recruitment experience may substitute for prior executive hiring experience if willing to handle executive searches
