• Update, maintain, and reconcile client accounts and books • Prepare and review financial statements • Identify and correct potential errors • Coordinate with US-based team lead for client delivery • Manage multiple clients and maintain timely, accurate records
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • 2+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience • Experience reconciling Balance Sheet accounts and reviewing financial statements • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online, Payroll Tax matters • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Google Docs experience • Open to Philippine-based candidates only • Background checks and pre-employment requirements mandatory (once identified for the role)
