📋 Description

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents • Develop intelligent automation using the NiCE AI and Digital portfolio • Architect agent behaviors including intent handling • Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from design through deployment • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems • Develop APIs, services, and orchestration layers for agents • Build full-stack solutions supporting agent interactions • Partner with customers to understand operational challenges • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams for innovation
