• Own and optimize our marketing automation platform (Marketo) • Develop and maintain automated email nurture programs, lead scoring, attribution modeling, segmentation, and campaign workflows • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns across channels • Manage the marketing tech stack, including integrations with Salesforce, analytics platforms, and ABM tools • Evaluate, onboard, and maintain marketing tools that improve efficiency and insights • Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, campaign performance, funnel conversion rates) • Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure data hygiene and consistent reporting • Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions • Optimize lead routing, scoring, and campaign attribution models • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel • Work closely with demand generation, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales teams
• 8+ years in a marketing operations role in a B2B SaaS environment • Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo + Salesforce specifically) • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Tableau preferred) • Experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing campaign reporting • Familiarity with tools such as 6sense or similar • Excellent project management and communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
