• Achieve short-, medium- and long-term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions within your sales territory (Northwest France). • Proactively acquire new customers and manage existing accounts to maintain and grow business relationships. • Develop annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market and customer data to support strategic decision-making. • Use the CRM system for visit reports, customer care, and to document all sales activities. • Gather customer feedback and generate ideas for new sales channels and product portfolio development. • Handle complaints in coordination with the Quality Management (QM) department and monitor competitor activity and price trends. • Negotiate special prices and terms in consultation with sales management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales; experience in the packaging industry, particularly plastic food packaging, is highly desirable. • Target-driven, enthusiastic, and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills. • Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English; Italian is a plus. • Mobile and willing to travel within your region; possession of a valid Class B driver’s license. • Strong alignment with our brand and products (plastic packaging solutions) and the ability to convey that passion to customers.
