📋 Description

• Monitor panel-fielding strategies, traffic, vendor performance, and sampling quotas across active US recruiting channels • Troubleshoot traffic drops and geographical mix-ups in real time • Detect, investigate, and resolve daily data discrepancies • Generate insights, post-release reports, and performance dashboards for internal leadership and external partners • Oversee timelines across panel, mailing, and data-delivery milestones • Communicate production risks to downstream teams and execute contingency plans • Set up mailings and payouts • Generate mailing address files and coordinate distribution schedules • Ensure on-time delivery across mail teams • Reconcile and validate monthly panel-vendor cost-confirmation reports and payments against actual performance and valid respondent data • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage modern AI tools for data analysis and task automation • Bridge operations, data science, finance, and external vendors to execute US panel survey recruiting, monitor vendor traffic, track mailing releases, and analyze panel feasibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in media research or digital marketing/advertising • Proven experience with digital sampling and online research panels, including sourcing, panel management, feasibility, targeting, and fieldwork • Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite • Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, automation, and efficiency • Advanced oral and written English communication skills • Familiarity with US geography, retail industry dynamics, and the media landscape • Strong logical analysis and attention to detail • Strong time management and ability to manage changing priorities under tight deadlines
