📋 Description
• Maintain excellent customer service and assist learners with the financial aid process • Administration of the student financial aid office and its functions • Analyze learners eligibility for various aid programs • Provide financial aid estimates and packaging to new enrolling learners • Advise learners and parents regarding financial aid throughout degree completion
🎯 Requirements
• Significant successful experience in financial aid • Proficient knowledge of applicable compliance laws (FERPA, etc.) • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and accurately • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
