• Identify and research real estate agents within target markets • Execute daily outbound outreach (calls, texts, and emails) • Engage agents in professional, value-driven conversations • Qualify agents based on activity, production, and opportunity • Schedule meetings directly onto loan officer calendars • Provide detailed notes and context to set meetings up for success • Follow up consistently with agents to build ongoing relationships • Partner with marketing and sales leadership on campaigns and messaging • Track activity, conversations, and outcomes in CRM
• Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or real estate team experience • B2B SDR / appointment setting experience (SaaS, recruiting, etc.) • Mortgage or real estate support roles with strong communication skills • Experience booking meetings or generating opportunities
