📋 Description
• As our Director of Marketing, you’ll own and drive the company’s branding, lead generation efforts, and marketing strategy. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a self-starter with proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and AI-driven campaign development. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team and Executive Leadership to position our company as the go-to offshore partner for mortgage professionals.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role • Proven experience building or scaling a brand—ideally in BPO, mortgage, or professional services • Demonstrated expertise in AI marketing tools like Gamma, Jasper, Canva, etc. • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign development skills • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar • Exceptional English communication skills • Must be based in the Philippines and comfortable working remotely with a U.S. time zone overlap
