📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. • This individual will play a key role in producing high-quality, visually compelling marketing materials that showcase the exclusive properties that our client represent. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, a passion for luxury aesthetics, and the ability to translate real estate concepts into captivating visual assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with experience in the luxury real estate or related industries. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software. • Strong portfolio that showcases high-end design work, with a focus on luxury branding, real estate, and/or premium lifestyle brands. • Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. • Experience creating visually compelling content for both print and digital formats, including social media, email, and web design. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver precise and polished design work. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required). • A strong understanding of luxury branding and an eye for aesthetics • Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus. • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. • Experience designing for real estate, luxury brands, or high-end products. • A passion for design with an understanding of the nuances of creating materials that reflect an elite clientele.
