• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive growth • Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value • Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFPs and RFIs • Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product • Build and maintain reusable technical assets • Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-facing industry events • Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function
• 10+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers • Proficiency in Windows environments • Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems • Strong understanding of networking concepts • Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms • Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, &/or VBScript • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
