📋 Description

• NIVA Health is redefining preventative and regenerative healthcare, and we're looking for an exceptional Implementation Specialist – Wellness Clinics to help drive our national expansion. • You'll be at the center of our growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, evaluating clinic locations, coordinating acquisitions and due diligence, and leading the implementation of new wellness clinics from concept to grand opening. • As our Implementation Specialist, you'll partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure every new clinic launches successfully. • Market Research & Expansion Strategy: • - Research and identify high-potential markets for clinic expansion. • - Analyze demographics, competition, physician density, payer mix, population growth, traffic patterns, and healthcare demand. • - Prepare business cases and executive recommendations. • - Monitor industry and market trends to identify future opportunities. • Site Selection & Due Diligence: • - Research commercial properties and existing medical practices. • - Evaluate lease and acquisition opportunities. • - Coordinate due diligence activities with internal teams and external partners. • - Assess zoning, accessibility, parking, and regulatory requirements. • - Prepare executive summaries and site comparison reports. • Executive Deal Support: • - Support executive leadership throughout acquisitions and commercial negotiations. • - Coordinate documentation required for negotiations. • - Review commercial agreements and summarize key business terms. • - Liaise with attorneys, brokers, landlords, consultants, and external stakeholders. • - Track negotiations and ensure timely follow-up on action items. • Clinic Implementation: • - Develop and manage project timelines. • - Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers. • - Support licensing and regulatory activities. • - Manage clinic setup and operational readiness. • - Track procurement of furniture, equipment, technology, and fixtures. • - Collaborate with Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, and Clinical Leadership. • - Monitor milestones and proactively resolve project risks. • Project Management: • - Manage multiple clinic expansion projects simultaneously. • - Maintain project documentation and reporting. • - Provide regular status updates to executive leadership. • - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. • - Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Commerce, Law, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, implementation, commercial coordination, or a similar role. • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Comfortable working U.S. business hours. • You'll Thrive in This Role If You... • Love solving complex business challenges. • Enjoy managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. • Can balance strategic thinking with exceptional execution. • Communicate confidently with executives and external stakeholders. • Take ownership and drive projects to completion. • Are proactive, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented.
