📋 Description
• Analyze fulfilment workflows to identify bottlenecks across the supply chain and propose data-backed solutions to improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and reliability. • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards tracking key fulfillment KPIs. • Independently write and own complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large fulfilment datasets. • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within fulfilment data. • Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams to understand pain points. • Work with Data Engineers to ensure fulfillment data is clean, well-structured, and scalable. • Monitor data integrity across fulfilment systems. • Track key fulfilment KPIs on an ongoing basis. • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role • Strong proficiency writing complex, performant SQL queries • Proven ability to translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations that influence business decisions • Ability to investigate ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and structure data-driven solutions • Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain operations • Experience in fast-paced, start-up or scale-up (Series B - D) is strongly preferred • Supply chain and logistics experience is preferred • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery • Exposure to tools like dbt or experience structuring reusable datasets/models • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
