📋 Description

• Achieve annual sales goals with key targets in an assigned territory. • Utilize the tools and training provided by Noah Medical to accelerate sales with key targets within the territory. • Develop clinical champions strongly aligned to the clinical value propositions of the Galaxy system. • Develop executive champions with strong alignment to the strategic and economic value propositions of the Galaxy system • Build and close the capital pipeline through consistent execution of the Noah Medical sales process. • Effectively drive market awareness and generate demand for the Galaxy System within assigned sales territory. • Manage and accelerate the complex hospital sales process from initial engagement through contract signature. • Facilitate the post-installation customer handoff to the clinical sales team. • Contribute to Noah Medical's culture of collaboration by developing, implementing and sharing best practices across the sales organization. • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to: Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, Field Service • Develop and partner with KOLs to reinforce the Galaxy system clinical, economic and strategic value propositions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience. • Minimum of 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices into the C-Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/sales processes simultaneously. • Familiarity managing a sales pipeline with the aid of a CRM. • Comfort traveling approximately 70% of the time. • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
