📋 Description

• Development of high-performing creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads • Design of static ads, carousels and display ads • Conceptualization and editing of video ads, Reels and short-form content • Creation of AI-assisted images and videos using modern AI tools • Development of new ad concepts, hooks and creative campaign ideas • Optimization of existing creatives based on KPIs and A/B tests • Close collaboration with the performance marketing team to improve conversion rate and ROAS • Design of landing page elements, banners and campaign assets • Analysis of current social media and performance trends • Ensuring a consistent premium brand presence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in performance creative, digital design or creative advertising • Portfolio of successful ads and video creatives • Strong eye for design, visual language and storytelling • Experience with performance marketing and conversion-focused design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling or Veo • Understanding of A/B testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion optimization • Independent and structured working style • Creativity combined with data-driven thinking • Excellent German and English language skills • Advantage: Experience in the beauty, cosmetics or premium lifestyle sector • Advantage: Experience working with UGC creators and influencer content • Advantage: Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising • Advantage: Experience with photo and video shoots • Advantage: Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing • Residence in Germany required • Application must include CV and portfolio; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
