📋 Description

• Identify and prepare patents for litigation • Conduct validity and essentiality analysis • Prosecute litigation assets and prepare for legal actions • Handle infringement- and validity-related matters and proceedings in global patent litigation activities • Coordinate, guide, and review external work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional hands-on experience in patent business at a law firm and/or in-house • Experience in patent litigation • Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Physics/Mathematics, or equivalent • European Patent Attorney or Law qualification combined with the engineering degree • Understanding of 3GPP technologies • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Proactive, result-oriented mindset with drive to excel in high-pressure, high-stakes environments • Proven track record of resolving complex issues and executing strategy • Ability to organize work across multiple teams, disciplines, and stakeholders • Relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders • Project management experience (nice to have) • Understanding of legal systems in various jurisdictions (nice to have) • Initiative to develop new and better ways of working (nice to have) • Understanding of FRAND matters and SEP licensing framework (nice to have)
