âą Identify and qualify business opportunities on the market in the targeted sectors (mining, energy & others) âą Build relationships with key decision-makers within Australian companies operating remotely in mining and in other relevant industry sectors. âą Manage the initial 'back-and-forth' to secure interest and manage the opportunity pipeline. âą Lead discovery calls to clarify prospect workflows, rosters, and logistical challenges. âą Conduct high-impact, tailored software demonstrations that address specific client pain points. âą Engage with prospects throughout the sales funnel, with well-targeted and personalized interventions to progress opportunities efficiently. âą Clarify the solution required and scope of implementation based on client requirements and interviews. âą Draft engaging Indicative Quotes and Proposals that meet and exceed customer expectations. âą Coordinate contractual aspects of the deal in collaboration with the head office in Canada.
âą Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field. âą 5+ years of sales experience, specifically selling SaaS or technology solutions to the mining/energy industries âą Proven track record in workforce logistics, travel or workforce related software is highly preferred. âą Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; âą Native or distinguished proficiency in English required. Multilingual/fluency in French is an asset. âą Experience managing complex sales cycles within a CRM environment (preferably Pipedrive) âą Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
