• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or fintech, including 3+ years in leadership roles. • Deep understanding of TPA operations, broker networks, and the healthcare benefits ecosystem. • Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently exceeding revenue goals. • Experience selling complex solutions such as healthcare analytics, PBM or network contracting. • Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
