📋 Description

• Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities. • Defining and executing change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and programs. • Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions. • Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting. • Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in Program Management or Business Operations. • Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background. • Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools. • Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes. • Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces. • Demonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools. • Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situations. • Be adept working across diverse, global environments and in matrix organizations.
