📋 Description

• Working independently with the customers to solve technical problems • Acting as a technical account manager to our strategic customers, to proactively analyze and solve technical issues • Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution. • Providing support for North American customers

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience and Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent. • Have solid understanding of the internet and IP networks, DNS and routing, and communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP or UDP • Have experience with web programming languages such as HTML, Java Script and ASP • Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers • Have advanced English for daily meetings and reports.
