📋 Description

• Maximize customer value, retention, and growth throughout the customer lifecycle • Build, innovate, and evolve customers' performance and security strategies • Deliver innovative customer outcomes through trusted relationships, business acumen, and operational focus • Act as strategist and technical advisor to architects and technology leaders of Akamai's Premium customers • Partner with Sales and pre-sales to recommend expanded adoption of Akamai products and services • Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on customer needs and business requirements • Serve as the central point of contact for the customer and lead account team to deliver customer success • Respond to product, platform, or implementation escalations and identify improvements to mitigate future risks • Champion the customer internally and influence internal team decisions to improve customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant fields • Passion for delivering technical solutions as a customer advocate • Knowledge of internet technologies and online industry, including HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development, and Web Security • Good understanding of or prior experience working with CDNs • Experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry • Communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels • Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment • Experience in Program or Project management in a cross-functional and technical team
