âą Working independently as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders âą Owning the technical program management âą Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team âą Educating customers on and empowering their adoption of Akamai's products and services âą Responding to escalations when program management issues arise
đŻ Requirements
âą 8 years of relevant experience âą Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent âą Relevant experience in customer-facing technical roles within public cloud or cloud software companies âą Experience managing and delivering large-scale cloud projects for enterprise customers âą Solid consulting, relationship-building, and communication skills âą Hands-on expertise in IaaS, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, or other modern cloud technologies âą Program or project management experience across cross-functional technical teams with cloud architect certifications âą Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
