📋 Description

• Own the technical aspects of Security Solutions integration, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live • Analyze customer traffic and systems and customize Akamai security solutions to address customer security issues • Manage and document technical issues, responses, and requests • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to scope work, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support ongoing implementation • Participate in ongoing training initiatives to up-skill and train others • Deliver, integrate, maintain, and optimize security solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes meet quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in security technologies, processes, concepts, and formal education in computer science/engineering • Well versed in internet fundamentals, DNS, routing, and communication protocols such as HTTP or TCP • Experience as an Application Security Engineer or Network Security Engineer • Ability to analyze customer traffic and systems and customize Akamai security solutions • Proactive approach, ability to work quickly, desire to learn, and problem-solving ability • Knowledge of OWASP, network security products, network/application firewalls, and server- and client-side application architecture • Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating highly technical information concisely
