📋 Description

• Provide managed services and proactive and reactive support to global customers • Integrate and maintain Akamai security solutions for clients • Serve as the primary security services contact throughout the customer lifecycle • Provide security consultancy and implement solutions to help customers achieve desired outcomes • Understand customer requirements and help develop long-term strategies based on best practices • Partner cross-functionally to review integrations and ensure efficiency, service quality, and customer engagement • Solve technical problems and demonstrate Akamai's value to technical and business audiences • Participate in training and internal projects to develop best practices and improve service quality • Manage integration scope, timelines, and budgets to reduce risk • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Products, Presales, and Sales to resolve technical and business issues

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years' experience in security technologies • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering • Experience in network or application security engineering • Experience with Internet routing protocols, including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper routers • Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and internet service compromises or attacks • Knowledge of IP networks, DNS and routing, HTTP, TCP, and web architecture • Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects • Ability to engage, influence, and build trusted customer relationships • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business audiences • Sound judgment, solid decision-making, and contingency-planning abilities
