📋 Description

• Partner with Finance leadership across Accounting, Customer Revenue Operations, and Business Finance to architect migration and integration of systems into Oracle Cloud • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Extracts (BICC/RODS) • Manage Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) data loads, semantic models, and dashboards • Turn enterprise Finance data into operational intelligence • Understand Finance business processes • Lead the building and maintenance of an enterprise data catalog • Empower self-service analytics • Act as the primary technical expert and consultant for process changes and technical roadmaps within Finance systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall experience in data engineering, data warehousing, ETL, BI, or enterprise analytics • 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle FDI experience • Strong hands-on skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 12c/14c) • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data extraction using BICC and/or other supported Fusion extraction mechanisms • Experience with large-volume file processing, full loads, incremental loads, and deletion handling • Hands-on expertise in FDI pipelines, Data Augmentation, semantic-model extensions, subject-area customization, and dashboard/reporting enablement • Understanding of Oracle Fusion functional and data concepts across Finance (AP, AR, GL, SLA), SCM, and HCM • Experience implementing logging, monitoring, observability, data-quality validation, reconciliation, and operational support for production ETL pipelines • Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, Git-based version control, deployment promotion, release validation, and production-support processes • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical designs and roadmaps to business stakeholders • Prior BI Applications (BIAPPS) experience is preferred • Experience with Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), Python, and PySpark is good to have
