📋 Description
• Overseeing 1-2 portfolios containing 6 to 10 concurrent projects • Translating business strategy into actionable program plans • Fostering collaboration among Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Services, and Enablement • Standing up governance frameworks and operating models • Creating and providing program reports and communications
🎯 Requirements
• 8 to 12 years of program or portfolio management expertise in GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing governance structures independently • Exceptional stakeholder management experience handling 10 to 30 stakeholders per program • Experience mentoring peers or junior team members • Organizational discipline by managing priorities, adapting processes for stakeholders
