📋 Description
• Leading and mentoring the team technically & owning the modules • Participating in functional and product design reviews, and incorporating feedback into test plans and test cases • Developing and implementing automated tests for functionality, load, and performance • Creating and execute tests on new features and capabilities • Collaborating with a cross functional team of developers, Systems QA, release engineers, architects and program managers • Improving our testing and automation infrastructures, define test plans and effective automation
🎯 Requirements
• Have 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Have experience mentoring & guiding team members technically & own the managing responsibilities • Have experience working in Unix/Linux and developing Automation framework using python (bonus points for experience in SQL/Couchdb) • Have experience with storage technologies and/or Cloud computing and networking concepts such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP • Be highly responsible, self-managed, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills • Have passion to understand, learn, and dissect new technologies quickly and excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills
