📋 Description

• Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain build and infrastructure tools used by development and test teams • Create new features and build tools from conception through release • Design and develop highly scalable software running on Akamai infrastructure • Develop frontend and backend software for vulnerability management to enhance engineering productivity • Design, maintain, and scale multi-platform build systems • Optimize build performance, parallelism, and dependency management across target architectures • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions • Drive feature development and optimization • Contribute to ongoing product and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Object-oriented programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or C/C++ • Experience with multi-platform build systems such as CMake, Bazel, Cargo, or Meson • Experience with GCC/Clang compiler and toolchain configuration • Experience with multi-architecture compilation across AArch64/ARMv8/ARMv9 and Intel/AMD platforms • Hands-on experience with service-oriented architecture, REST, microservices, databases, and SQL • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Cloudbees CI/Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab • Understanding of security, compliance, and SLA • Eagerness to learn new technologies
