📋 Description

• Own and contribute to architecture, design, and development across the Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing • Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations across internal microservices and third-party platforms such as Stripe • Build performant frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing workflows • Drive technical decisions, identify risks and trade-offs, and own complex features from technical design through production • Use AI-first development practices and AI-assisted tools for development, testing, debugging, and refactoring • Design data models and efficient queries across Firestore, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch • Participate in the full SDLC from requirements and technical design through deployment, monitoring, and production support • Write clean, secure, testable code with unit and integration test coverage • Maintain observability through logs, metrics, monitoring, and tracing • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, incident resolution, and operational support, including on-call responsibilities where applicable • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions • Follow best practices for security, scalability, maintainability, testing, documentation, and production readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and scaling robust backend systems and high-performance frontend applications • Strong backend engineering skills with hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, API development, data modeling, and system design • Experience with NestJS is preferred • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cross-service communication • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis, including data modeling, query design, and performance optimization • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies • Exposure to AI/LLM application development, including LLM API integration, prompt/context design, or AI-assisted product workflows • Good frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular; Vue.js preferred • Understanding of component-driven architecture and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap • Experience with frontend state management patterns and libraries such as Vuex/Pinia, Redux, MobX, or similar • Understanding of production observability and debugging, including logging, monitoring, tracing, error tracking, and performance profiling • Experience with modern SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, Git workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with ClickHouse and Elasticsearch and with document, analytical/columnar, and search databases • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across frontend, backend, databases, integrations, and distributed services • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to drive technical discussions, make engineering trade-offs, and mentor engineers • Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive complex engineering problems and deliver high-quality solutions
