📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize large-scale distributed solutions • Work on new features from idea through production • Solve complex engineering problems in a highly collaborative environment • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization • Oversee feature development from design to implementation • Break down large features into incremental deliverables and drive execution and vision • Develop high-quality code and serve as a role model for other engineers • Balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring • Leverage AI and modern engineering practices to accelerate development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience • Extensive backend engineering expertise using Python • Experience designing and maintaining production-grade services in distributed environments • Experience with Python, Kubernetes, SQL, NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to decompose complex tasks into clear, actionable steps • Technical expertise with a strategic perspective for addressing complex challenges • Rust application development experience is a valuable addition
