📋 Description

• Operating as the evangelist of the global services and support division, throughout the product life cycle • Creating and sharing a strategic vision for serviceable and supportable products • Defining the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements • Advocating best practice for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation • Owning project launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, policies and processes are in place to deliver successfully to customer

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, another related field or its equivalent • Be well versed in how the internet works, it's networks and protocols e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL • Demonstrate a good balance of technical and strategic skills • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to technical and business audiences.
