📋 Description

• Support the 2,500+ person Global Services and Support organization • Implement simple and highly complex reporting solutions end to end, with implementation timelines ranging from days to months • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify business risks through data analysis and make recommendations • Develop financial forecasts and business models • Manage updates in Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools • Assist with monthly reporting through variance analysis and trends • Provide accurate insights on financial performance • Manage costs and budgets • Lead compensation planning activities • Gather business requirements collaboratively • Design user-friendly customized reporting and dashboards based on business use cases • Analyze data for patterns, trends, and risks; identify mitigation options and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' relevant experience • Bachelor's degree • Development experience on business intelligence reporting platforms such as Tableau and Anaplan • Analytical skills with ability to provide data backend analysis • Exposure to confidential data handling • Initiative for results and ability to handle ambiguity and cross-team dynamics • Good verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
